Here's a Hilarious Evian Water Commercial 2014 - Hotstepper.   Earlier we posted a back to school items checklist, we missed water.  Whether you provide bottled water, water containers, or encourage drinking from water fountains, your child should stay hydrated when at school.  Drinking sufficient amounts of water can lead to improved weight status, reduced dental caries, and improved cognition among children and adolescents.

All children need at least six to eight glasses of water per day.  Medical professionals say active teenagers need even more than that, approximately 11 glasses a day.  Since children spend nearly half of their waking hours at school, a large part of that water intake should happen in school.
